• Can I change my order?
    Unfortunately, they cannot change an order that has already been placed. As soon as an order is placed, it goes to our warehouse, so that you get the fastest possible delivery. Of course, you always have a 30-day right to buy/return.
  • Can I trade as a company?
    Absolutely! At checkout you can choose to shop either as a "private person" or as a "company". If you are looking for larger volumes, profile clothing or private labels, please email us and we will help you further in the best way. info@royk.com
    All of our products we have on the web can have your own logo on them. We also produce our own designed products for you, if you want other products than what we have on the web right now. We have a great team that helps you with the entire process. From idea to finished product.
  • Do you have gift cards?
    Right now we do not have a function for gift cards in our webshop. But if you want one, let us know and we will of course fix this manually.
  • Wrong adress
    If you discover that you have written the wrong address, you need to contact us immediately at info@royk.com. It is important that you contact us directly so that we have time to change your address before the goods leave our warehouse, which normally happens on the same day, valid on weekdays. If we have time to send your item, there will be a cost for changes depending on which agent you have chosen for delivery. It is therefore important that you always double-check that you have filled in the correct information before placing an order.
  • How do I use a discount code?
    You enter the discount code at checkout, the discount is deducted immediately and you can see the total of your order. Please note discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
  • Free shipping
    We offer free shipping with one of our standard delivery methods on all purchases within Sweden that exceed SEK 699. Standard delivery refers to Budbee (to box) or Schenker (to agent). The estimated delivery time for these is 1-3 days with Budbee and 1-5 with Schenker. If you have not selected either of these two options, shipping will be charged.
  • Notification on delivery
    If you place your order via Budbee, you will receive a notification when your order is on its way, either in the app or to the mobile number you entered on the order. When the package arrives, you will receive a pin code for the box sent to you. If you have ordered home delivery, you will receive an update in the app or via SMS. If you have chosen Schenker, UPS or Postnord as a delivery option, you will be notified either via SMS, e-mail or letter, depending on what you have chosen for notification.
  • Package not collected
    If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you our cost for delivery, return and storage costs. The cost of this is currently SEK 129. Unclaimed package does not count as cancellation of your purchase. According to Swedish law, you must always notify us of the use of the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order.

  • How do I make a return?
    We offer a 30-day return policy at 49 SEK when you order from us online.
    The product must be in sellable condition with undamaged packaging and all labels must remain on the garment. Products with damaged packaging and labels will not be approved returns. When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and is responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. When we have received the item in our warehouse, the entire amount, including shipping, is refunded. Returns do NOT apply to underwear.
    We include return freight bills with all shipments except deliveries straight to your mailbox. When we have received your return, we will reimburse your purchase. You are always responsible for the return shipment until we have received it in our warehouse.
  • No refund received
    We work as quickly as we can to pay you after receiving the return. We have a handling time of approx. 14 days from receipt. If they have been longer, contact us, otherwise the refund will come soon. You can also notify Klarna via the app, and they will take this on legally with us. If you have not paid via Klarna, contact us at info@royk.com and we will help you.
  • How do I exchange an item?
    To exchange a product, you place a new order and return your item using the shipping note we sent you with your purchase. When changing a product, e.g. when buying the wrong size or color - place a new order for the color/size you want to change to in our webshop. You are responsible for the return reaching our warehouse. We accept returns and handle them weekly. Sometimes they take up to 3 weeks depending on how much the staff has to do in the warehouse. Please note that the right of exchange does not include underwear.
  • Exchange at other price
    Contact us and we will help you manually with price adjustment, of course you should get the same price for replacement as for the basic order. We will then ask you to place a new order, but make sure that we have an eye on it and can adjust the price in the system manually.
  • What happens to the invoice when changing?
    We invoice per order. So if you have made a basic order (order 1) then this is the one we will credit when changing the product, when we have received your return. If you used Klarna, you can always report in the app that you have made a return and then the invoice will be put on hold.

    When you place your new order for the exchange product (order 2), it will be a separate new invoice.
  • How much does the return shipping cost?
    We send with return shipping labels in all our shipments, when you return, we deduct SEK 49 from the sum of your return.
  • How do I make a complaint?
    Email us at claims@royk.com and attach a picture and description of what happened to the item. You need to report any complaints within two months of discovering the error. You follow rules and laws regarding the right to complain.

    If you have a complaint, you will never submit it without contacting us. Then it will be mishandled and you will be charged according to the return policy.

    Remember, for a complaint to be approved, the product must have a manufacturing defect and the condition that the origin of the defect can be referred to the seller within six months from the time of purchase. https://www.arn.se/.
